Steps to Make the Quiche:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.

  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 6 eggs

  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
