Sheet pan chicken dinners are easy to make and easy to clean!
To make this complete meal all you need is a bowl and a sheet pan or baking sheet.
You can use either chicken breasts if serving adults or chicken tenders for a kid-friendly meal.
The flavors of parmesan cheese and garlic really come through and this is a perfect meal prep dish!
Ingredients for Parmesan Crusted Sheet Pan Chicken Dinner
- Chicken tenders or breasts
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Parmesan cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Parsley flakes
- Red pepper flakes
- Red potatoes
- Fresh green beans
- Salt and pepper
How to Make Parmesan Crusted Sheet Pan Chicken, Potatoes, and Green Beans
1. Preheat the oven to 425 F and line a sheet pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. For the potatoes: toss the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, parsley flakes, grated parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Place them in the sheet pan, and bake for 15 mins.
3. For the chicken: place the chicken tenders in the same large bowl and toss with the minced garlic, olive oil, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley flakes, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Take the potatoes out of the oven, move them to one third of the sheet pan, and transfer the chicken tenders onto the middle of the sheet pan. Top with any crumbs/parmesan cheese left in the bowl.
5. Toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, and place them on the remaining third of the baking sheet.
6. Bake for 25 mins or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Can I Freeze Parmesan Crusted Sheet Pan Chicken Dinner?
Yes, you can freeze the chicken, potatoes, and green beans for up to 3 months in separate airtight containers or freezer bags. You can even portion them into individual containers for meal prepping.
Any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in airtight containers for up to 3 days.

This is a complete meal in itself, but if you want to serve it with something else, you could start the meal with a vegetable soup or side salad.
Serve it with lemon wedges, soy sauce, or balsamic vinegar for drizzling over the green beans, if desired.

- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp salt
- Ground black pepper to taste
For the chicken:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil

- ¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp parsley flakes

- 16 oz fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- Ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
