How to Make Sausage, Potatoes, and Green Bean Casserole
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F
2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and saute the onion and garlic until translucent, about 2 minutes.
3. Add the sliced sausage and cook until warmed through, about 4-5 minutes.
4. Season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, parsley flakes, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
5. Mix in the potatoes and green beans until well combined.
6. Spoon mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish, and bake for 40-45 mins or until the potatoes are fork tender.

You can. Let the dish come down to room temperature, place in an airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then let it come to room temperature for about 20 minutes, and reheat in a 350 F oven for about 15-20 minutes, or in the microwave.
