How to Make Easy Turkey Stuffing
1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Melt the butter in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, and saute the onion, celery, and bell pepper until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Carefully pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat as soon as it boils.
4. Mix in the stuffing mix and chopped herbs until well combined.
5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and cover with foil.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, remove the foil and place under the broiler for 5 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
Can I Make this Easy Turkey Stuffing Ahead of Time?
To make your holiday cooking easier, you can make the mixture a day ahead, place it in the baking dish, cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate it until ready to bake the next day.
You can also bake it and reheat it, but it definitely tastes better freshly baked!

Can I Freeze Turkey Stuffing?
Yes, you can either freeze it before and after baking it. If you want to freeze it unbaked, place the mixture in an airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator the night before, take it out of the fridge 30 minutes before baking, and bake as directed.
If you want to freeze the baked stuffing, let it come to room temperature, place it in an airtight container, and freeze for up to 3 months. To serve, let it thaw overnight in the fridge, and reheat in a 350 F oven until warm.
