Perfectly seasoned chicken breasts are topped with cream cheese, spinach, and shredded mozzarella cheese, and baked to perfection for the most scrumptious entree!
Ingredients for Cheesy Spinach Chicken Bake
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Avocado oil
Garlic
Italian seasoning
Mustard powder
Paprika
Parsley flakes
Salt and pepper
Cream cheese
Baby spinach
Shredded mozzarella cheese
How to Make Cheesy Spinach Chicken Bake
1. Spray a 7×11-inch baking dish with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Place the chicken breasts in the dish, drizzle one tbsp of avocado oil over them, and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, mustard powder, parsley flakes, and paprika.
3. Spread the softened cream cheese over the chicken breasts.
4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the remaining tablespoon of avocado oil. Sautee one minced garlic and the spinach, and cook until the spinach is wilted.
5. Spread the spinach over the chicken breasts.
6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly on top, and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.

How to Store Cheesy Spinach Chicken Bake
Let the chicken cool down to room temperature and place in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave until warmed through.
