    1. Boil the pasta shells in a large pot of salted water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    2. While the pasta shells are cooking, brown the ground beef in a large skillet, with the chopped onion and minced garlic, until no longer pink.

    3. Add taco seasoning, parsley flakes, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and water. Simmer until almost all the water has evaporated, about 5 mins.

    4. Mix in the cooked pasta shells, salsa, and shredded cheese. Cook until the cheese has melted and serve while hot.

  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ cup water
  • 1 ½ cups salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
