Ingredients for Crack Chicken Sliders
- Cream cheese
- Dry ranch dressing mix
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Red pepper flakes
- Parsley flakes
- Green onions
- Cooked chicken breast
- Cooked, crumbled bacon
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Hawaiian rolls
- Butter
- Parmesan cheese
How to Make Crack Chicken Sliders
1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Place the cream cheese in a large skillet or saucepan and melt over medium heat.
3. Mix in the ranch dressing mix, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and parsley flakes.
4. Remove from heat and add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, green onions and one cup of shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
6. Spread the cheese mixture over them.
7. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar over the chicken filling.
8. Place the upper half of the buns on top.
9. Mix the melted butter with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and parsley flakes. Brush over the top of the buns.
10. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly on top and cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden on top.
Can I Freeze Crack Chicken Sliders?
Yes, you can. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and foil, and freeze the unbaked sliders for up to 3 months. When ready to serve, let them thaw out in the refrigerator overnight and bake as directed.

- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 6 oz cooked, crumbled bacon
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 count package sweet Hawaiian rolls
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp parsley flakes
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
