Is it possible to freeze crêpes? Yes, it’s possible! The best way to store crepes in the freeze is flat, between sheets of baking paper, or already prepared, filled and rolled, or folded. Then place it in a freezer-safe container. Freeze for up to 3 months.

To defrost them, 15 seconds in the microwave usually restores their softness. Avoid freezing crêpe batter, preferring to freeze them cooked.

Leftovers can be kept in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for up to 3 days. You can reheat it in the microwave immediately before serving.
