Can I Freeze Cookies & Cream Brownies?

You can freeze the cooled-down brownies for up to 3 months wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and foil. Place the wrapped brownies in a freezer bag. When ready to enjoy, let them thaw in the refrigerator overnight.

Brownies keep fresh at room temperature for 3 days when stored in an airtight container. If you plan to store them longer than that, refrigerate them.

How to Cut Perfect Brownie Squares

To cut the perfect brownie squares, you need to let them cool down completely. Even if just a little warm, you will not get clean cuts.

Also, wipe or wash your knife after every cut. Using a slightly wet knife is also a good idea.

I like to use a ruler to help me cut them perfectly.
