How to Make Broccoli Casserole with Cream of Mushroom Soup:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Combine 2 (10 oz) packages of cooked and drained frozen chopped broccoli, ½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sour cream, 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 can (10 ¾ oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, 2 beaten eggs, ¼ tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    2. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.

    3. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese on top.

    4. Add 1 cup of crushed crackers as the final layer. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the topping is golden brown. Serve immediately.
