2. Pour in a cup of milk and blend using the form to make a sticky dough ball.
3. Coat your counter or working surface in flour and place in your dough. Put some flour on your rolling pin and lay your dough out until ¼ inch thick.
4. Slice your dough into 2 inch squares with a knife or a pizza cutter. The shape doesn’t have to be perfect.
5. Flour a spatula, use it to pick your squares up and transfer them to a floured plate. Sprinkle some flour in between squares to keep them from sticking. Meanwhile, bring 2 qt of chicken stock to boil.
5. Gently place in your dumplings separately, making sure to mix the chicken broth when dropping them in.
6. Let cook for 15-20 minutes so your dumplings no longer taste like dough. Place in your cooked chicken, let simmer for 5 minutes, and plate with some cut parsley on top.

TIPS FOR THE BEST CHICKEN DUMPLINGS;
The dough is supposed to be sticky, try not to add any extra flour or overworking it because your dumplings are going to toughen up. It will be easy to work with if you make sure all your surfaces are well coated in flour.
Make sure your spatula is flowered before using it to pick your squares up to prevent them from sticking to it.
Pre-cook your chicken to cut down on time.
Top your soup with parsley when serving for garnish.
