Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing: Combine mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Mix chicken and celery in a large bowl.
