Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip
- Low fat cottage cheese
- Buffalo sauce
- Ranch seasoning mix
- Dry minced onion
- Garlic powder
- Parsley flakes
- Shredded rotisserie chicken
- Cheddar cheese
How to Make Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Place cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning mix, dry minced onion, garlic powder, and parsley flakes in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
3. Pour the cheese mixture into a bowl and stir in the shredded chicken until well combined.
4. Spoon into a 7×11-inch baking dish and sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly on top.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Can I Freeze Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip?
It is not recommended to freeze this dip. The texture will not be the same once it thaws, and considering how easy it is to make, it’s better to make it fresh.
Leftovers however, can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the microwave.
