How to Make Banana Pudding:

Tips:

Prevent Bananas from Browning:

Tossing the banana slices in orange and lemon juice helps prevent browning. If you’re not serving the pudding right away, this step is key.

Freezing Banana Pudding:

While banana pudding can be frozen, the texture may change slightly after thawing. The pudding may become a bit runny, and the bananas might turn mushy and brown. It’s still tasty but not quite the same as fresh.

Storing Banana Pudding:

Keep your banana pudding fresh by storing it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. The bananas may darken a little, but the pudding will still be delicious.
