Yield: 20

These brownies are a perfect dessert option if you're on a keto diet! You just need a few easy components such as swerve and almond flour, to make the softest and tastiest batter ever.

Ingredients

  • 2 room temperature eggs
  • 1/2 cup of cooled melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of swerve
  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • A few sugar-free chocolate chips or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Cover a round pan or 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper of cooking oil, and turn on your oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine all your ingredients together in a bowl starting with the wet ones and gradually adding in the dry.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and cook for 25 minutes in your preheated oven. Your brownies will cook more in the pan once you pull them out of the oven, so the inside should still be moist when you do.
  4. Let them chill before cutting for around 10 minutes. Dig in!
