  • 1 ½ lbs of chopped ham
  • 3 big peeled and cubed potatoes
  • ¼ cup of minced onions
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to your liking
  • 2 ½ cups of chicken stock
