    4. Preheat the oven to 375 F and assemble the lasagna.

    5. Cover the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish with two ladles of meat sauce. Cover the sauce with lasagna noodles. Pour in ⅓ of remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle ⅓ of mozzarella cheese. Add half of the ricotta by placing evenly-spaced spoonfuls over the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle ½ of the Parmesan cheese.

    6. Repeat layers (noodles, ½ remaining meat sauce, ½ remaining mozzarella, all remaining ricotta, and all remaining Parmesan.

    7. End with a noodle layer, remaining meat sauce, and remaining mozzarella cheese.

    8. Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with cooking spray (so the cheese doesn’t stick to it) and “tent” it over the lasagna. Bake for 45 mins, removing the foil for the last 5 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting into it and serving!

If your lasagna is frozen, thaw it in the refrigerator the night before. Take it out and let it come to room temperature for at least 30 mins before covering with foil and reheating in a preheated 350 F oven for 15-20 minutes.
