Ingredients and Variations

  • MEAT This is the main component for your meatballs. A combination of ground pork and beef is the ideal mix to achieve juicy meatballs.
  • SEASONINGS Some parmesan with Italian seasoning and onion powder are the perfect blend. Raw onion takes longer to cook; therefore, onion powder is best for this recipe.
  • BREADCRUMBS & EGG These are the agents that help your meatballs stay firm.
