Can you use frozen fish?
Of course you can! You just have to confirm that it is fully defrosted before cooking it. It is crucial as well to make sure you tap your filets dry, allowing them to soak up all the seasonings in the bread mix, and the flavors of the lime juice.
Can I use a different kind of fish?
You are allowed. In case you’re also interested in using white fish, with the same bland taste, I recommend Sole, Cod, Flounder, Catfish, Pollock, or Haddock.
