As you can probably guess, you don’t need a more detailed recipe, it’s all in the name. This dish is VERY easy to make with only 4-5 ingredients and it can be made in about 5 minutes. Enjoy your snack/meal.
What do you Need to Make this 5-MINUTE MISO BUTTER NOODLES?
- Instant ramen noodles: Instant noodles is a great option to save time, egg noodles, and rice noodles, also can be used instead.
- Salted Butter.
- Miso paste: All miso paste can be used, in this recipe we used white miso.
- Garlic: optional, it adds flavor to noodles
- Soy sauce: for a gluten-free diet, you can replace it with Tamari or Coconut Aminos.
- Honey: brown sugar or simple syrup can be used as a substitute.
- Chilli oil for serving.
- Spring onions, for serving.
HOW TO MAKE 5-MINUTE MISO BUTTER NOODLES?
Start by bringing a medium pot of water to a boil. Then, make the instant ramen noodles in the pot and let cooking for 2 minutes until al dente. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Mince the garlic and add it to the pan, let cook for about 2 minutes. During cooking, stir in the miso paste, honey, and soy sauce. Mix very well until gets combined. Then, drain the noodles and toss in the butter mixture until completely coated.
Finally, serve with sliced spring onions and chili oil if using.
So easy and quick, it only takes five minutes to make.

Basically, these 5 minutes miso butter noodles are great all on their own, although that’s certainly not the most balanced meal ever. - 1 Tablespoon chili oil
- 3 Tablespoon salted butter
- 2 tablespoon miso paste, red or white
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
