How to Make the Best Chicken Spaghetti
1. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
3. Add the cream of chicken soups, salsa, sour cream, diced chicken, 1 cup Mexican cheese blend, parsley flakes, oregano, taco seasoning, red pepper flakes, and paprika. Carefully mix everything until well combined (I like to use my hands so I don’t break the pasta too much).
4. Transfer to the baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cup of Mexican cheese blend evenly on top.
5. Cover with foil (loosely so the cheese doesn’t stick), and bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly and the cheese has melted.

How to Store Chicken Spaghetti
Let the spaghetti come to room temperature and place it in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. If frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave or in a preheated 350 F oven.
Pasta keeps absorbing liquid as time passes, so you may need to add a splash of water to your leftovers before reheating them.
Can I Add Veggies to Chicken Spaghetti?
Absolutely! To make it easy, you can use a frozen veggie medley of carrots, peas, green beans, and corn. Thaw the veggies before adding them to the spaghetti mixture and cook as directed.
What if I Don’t Have Taco Seasoning?
No worries! You can add 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp ground cumin, and ½ tsp ground coriander instead.
