Brown Sugar Roasted Carrots Recipe
This Brown Sugar Roasted Carrots recipe gives you the best of both worlds with its both sweet and savory taste, along with the garlic feel of perfectly roasted carrots.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of peeled carrots
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
- 3 tablespoon of melted unsalted butter
Instructions
1. Turn on your oven to 400 F.
2. Cover a baking pan in parchment paper. Put it to the side.
3. Slice your carrots into chunks or sticks. Transfer them to the pan.
4. Mix your garlic powder, brown sugar, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour it on top of your carrots. Stir to fully cover.
5. Bake in your oven for 18 minutes making sure your carrots are softened. Take your pan out of the oven and present your carrots on your serving plate.
