How to Store Chocolate Fudge Recipe

You can keep your fudge in a sealed container for two weeks, as there’s no need to refrigerate it. Read below if you want to make your fudge in advance and freeze it.

Freezing this Easy Fudge Recipe

  • This recipe holds up really well frozen. I always have a portion of this fudge stored in my freezer.
  • Stack your fudge squares next to each other in a flat spread in a big freezer bag.
  • This makes sure your fudge doesn’t stick together before freezing. One gallon bag will be a perfect fit for this recipe.
  • Your fudge can be frozen for 3 months. However, it can last you 6 months to a year if you use a vacuum sealer.
  • Once you’re ready to indulge or give it away, let it defrost on your counter for 1 hour or 2.
