  • Onion – try to grate the onion, it’s better than chop it. 
  • Sugar – it’s an important ingredient. make a pinch.
  • Mayonnaise – milk 
  • Buttermilk – Gives the slaw its creamy taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

How to Make easy KFC Coleslaw Recipe

    – Start by chopping coleslaw cabbage and carrots into very fine pieces.

    – In a large bowl, make the mayonnaise, milk, buttermilk, sugar, fresh lemon juice, and vinegar. season with salt and pepper. mix all ingredients until get well combined. Add cabbage, onion, and carrots. Toss very well until the coat is evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir very well then serve.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups cabbage coleslaw finely chopped (about 1 head of 16 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup carrot shredded about 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons onion finely minced
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. 1-first of all, be sure that coleslaw cabbage and carrots are finely diced into very small pieces (very fine).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice, mayonnaise, milk, sugar, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Whisk very well until smooth.
  4. Add the carrots, onion, and cabbage.
  5. Mix very well until all vegetables are evenly coated with sauce.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir very well then serve.
