Melt in your Mouth Chicken  is a very simple recipe made by topping your chicken breasts with a mix of mayo or yogurt, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper and baking them.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise or greek yogurt
  • ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese,
  • 1 tablespoon of dry minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Turn on your oven on 375 F. Mix the mayo or yogurt, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper In a small bowl until well combined.
  2. In case your chicken breasts are too big, slice them in half, and transfer them to your baking dish covered in cooking spray.
  3. Place a scoop of your mayonnaise mix over every one of your breasts until coated and cook in your oven until browned for 35 to 45 minutes.
