WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR POOR MAN’S STEW

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1.5 pounds (about 3) potatoes diced largely
  • 3 carrots sliced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1-2 minced garlic cloves
  • 6. ounces of tomato paste
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon. salt
  • ¼ teaspoon. pepper
  • 1 teaspoon. onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon. dried oregano

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR POOR MAN'S STEW

HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKER POOR MAN’S STEW

    1. Brown ground beef, drain, and set it aside

    2. Chop Carrots, Onion, and Potatoes.

    3. whisk together salt, pepper, onion powder, tomato paste, garlic, and oregano, in a separate bowl

    4. Toss all the ingredients into the crockpot. Mix all the ingredients and cook on low for 7h. Don’t lift the lid as your food will take longer to cook.

    5. Serve and Enjoy!

Tip: I love to dip in fresh bread. Topped with Shredded cheddar chees makes it taste wonderful

  • 1.5 Pounds diced large potatoes (about 3)

  • 2 Cups water
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
